How do I know that you will keep my business information confidential?

Your confidential financial information will not be disclosed to anyone outside of our professionals in our firm working on your Business Appraisal Report, unless you request such, and only upon your written authorization.

How do I get my financials, completed Information Form and other necessary information to you?

We will receive your completed Information Form by email.  You can either email your financial statements, fax them or mail in hardcopy form.  The choice is yours.  If you are pressed for time, you may want to forward your financial information via email.  We will begin the report once all information is in hand.

How do I take care of your fee?

Once again, you have options.

You can pay us online through our secure PayPal link or you can send us a business check.  We will commence work on your report once we have received payment in full.

Can I be sure that I will receive my report within the 7 business days? 

Yes you absolutely can when you order either our Letter Summary Report or our Expression of Value Report.  Once we have received all required data, we’ll phone you right away.  This will be your indication of our start date and you’ll be able to plan for the 7 business days from this date.  Our more detailed report options will take a lengthier time frame to deliver.

What information do I need to provide on my business?

Complete our online Information Form.  It's important to be thorough with it. Don't worry, it's not too time consuming.

We'll also need:

• The current Balance Sheet
• The current Income Statement (P&L Statement)
• The last completed full year's Balance Sheet
• The last completed full year's Income Statement (P&L Statement) 

How do I get started so that I can receive my Business Appraisal Report quickly?

Step 1 - Complete the Information Form (We receive this by email as soon as you hit "submit".)

Step 2 - We'll call you right away to discuss your reasons for the appraisal, time frame, report option choice, etc.

Step 3 - Forward the above financial data by email, fax or hardcopy to us.  (Again, this information is kept strictly confidential.)

Step 4 - Within the corresponding time frame (depending on report level), or less, you'll have your Business Appraisal in hand.
